Storyboarding: Gatorade Commercial


 WELCOME TO MY STORYBOARD!!!

SCENE 1- During the first scene the camera will be recording a moving shot of me. Once the camera starts recording I will begin running on the track while up tempo music is being played. The camera will then transition straight into scene two.

SCENE 2- During scene two the camera will be recording a aerial shot. During this scene I will be doing jumping jacks on the track with the up tempo music continuing to play. After I've done like 3 jumping jacks I will bend over before scene 3 begins.

SCENE 3 - In scene 3 the camera will be recording another mid shot. In this scene I will be doing push ups on the track working up the final bit of sweat. After I've done like 2 push ups I will get up and put my hands over my head. 

SCENE 4 - In scene 4 the camera will be performing a close up shot. During this scene I will pick my Gatorade up from off the floor.

SCENE 5 - During the scene the camera will be recording another close up shot. In this scene I will be drinking the Gatorade. I will then stop drinking the Gatorade and say that Gatorade is my fuel.

SCENE 6- In scene 5 will be the Gatorade branded logo with an inspirational quote under it. After 3 seconds the Gatorade logo and the inspirational quote will fade out then the commercial will end.

Side-note: Drawing in box 6 pertains to scene number 4, Drawing in box 4 pertain to scene number 5, and drawing in box number 5 pertains to scene 6.

  PROPS The props that I will be using for the music video are cell phones.  COSTUMES There will be a variety of costumes used for different scenes of the music video. The first couple of scenes and the last scene will introduce a casual outfit to go with the setting. Then getting into the later scenes the actors will be in pajamas as the second scene will take place in a more secluded space. SCHEDULE 11/16- Plan out the codes and conventions for the music video to make sure everything runs smoothly. Genre Research: Horror

  Horror films are designed to scare the audience and inflict certain emotions into them. The different aspects when it comes filming and editing horror has been investigated. To see what really goes into making a horror film pop out at an audience. For starters, the common lighting used in horror films is low lighting. It creates a mysterious mood that builds tension, stress, and fear. So that the audience will stay on their toes never knowing when something will pop out to scare them. Frequently used camera shots includes close-up shots, over-the-shoulder shots, low angle shots, high angle shots, and canted angle shots. These draw the audience's attention and contributes to their thoughts on the context of the storyline. THE FINAL TASK

 This final is something that I have spent a lot of time making sure that it was perfect. I spent almost five days filming the scenes for the final task, because I wanted every scene to be done with maximum effort. The editing process also took a long time to get done consuming at least 4 to 5 hours out of two days. While editing this final task I got stressed out but I kept going because I knew it would be worth all of the hard work. Sometime even requiring me to take a step back to avoid overworking myself and becoming too stressed. I had to improvise at one point and start to adjust the order in which the clips were placed so they matched up with the music. That was probably the only bad experience that I had but once I finished that up and was able to reflect on everything I was able to accomplish  I  and enjoyed myself.
